Help Desk & Training
AGT has a proven service strategy and adheres to detailed plans for executing the Help Desk services. We have leveraged CMMI and ITIL best practices for Services and Transition. It guides on efficiently and effectively transitioning new and changed services into operations without disrupting or interrupting other services or processes. AGT conducts semi-annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys and provides surveys to the Clients. Our Training includes the full training life cycle, including specialists and Data Coaches. We have delivered more than 200 instructor-led training at AGT facilities in Columbia, MD, user sites, and virtual Training.
