Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI) announced its transition to the AGT segment. The Global partner segment framework is developed to assess a Partner’s strategic support for ServiceNow as well as their ability to successfully deliver specific client results. CAI’s advancement to Elite partner status is based on the ServiceNow partner assessment methodology, which emphasizes the 4Cs (committed capacity, competency, customer success, and capability) as well as go-to-market maturity.
CAI has solutions focusing on information technology, human resources, and other service management operations. AGT will use this contract to collaborate with CAI for providing high-quality services. AGT provides IT needs of each areas including project management, application, systems development and maintenance, business intelligence support, data management/analytics support, health management and program systems development and maintenance, help desk, infrastructure support, IT security, production support and computer-aided design and drafting, and telecommunications and engineering services.
